Most Gym Floor Resource orders ship within 48 hours within receiving the order. Please allow an additional 4-7 days for standard UPS Ground delivery.
 
If an item qualifies for free ground shipping, this will be noted in the product description. A shipping quote for your order can be seen in the shopping cart and during order review prior to checkout. Post-payment shipping charges will be applied only if agreed upon by customer.

For Rush Delivery call toll-free at 855-310-6983 to assess stock status and schedule delivery .  We deliver to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional lead times will apply.

Placing an on-line order with Gym Floor Resource is easy.

Registration is not required to place an order.  If this is your first purchase, you may register your contact information or just proceed directly to checkout. However, registration allows for future discounts.

Having an account allows you to keep track of your orders online and keeps your address information securely stored for a quicker checkout process. We do not store payment information on web orders.

  • Choose a UPS Shipping Method (UPS Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day, etc.)
  • Provide Payment Information (Credit Card Info)

You will receive Email Order Confirmation and Shipping Details.

We no longer accept purchase orders.  Payment must be received in advance prior to goods shipping.

For schools that do not have purchasing cards or credit cards, use the shopping cart and proceed to checkout when complete.  Fill in the billing & shipping information and select your form of payment as “phone order”.  This will generate an email to you itemizing the cost with shipping information which may be submitted to your accounting department for payment processing.

We strive to provide only the best products on the market. We want you to be completely satisfied or your money back*.   If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us to authorize the return of the merchandise. Please have your invoice or order number ready when requesting a return.

Our return policies are as follows: We offer a 30 day return policy. Items must be returned in the original packaging and show no signs of use to qualify for a refund or store credit. Gym Floor Resource is not responsible for the return freight.

*Sorry we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Court-Line Tape Machine or any of its accessories (Damaged in transit will receive a full exchange)
  • Gym Floor Wall Base and Corners
  • Resilient Floor Pads

We apologize for the inconvenience if your order arrives damaged or with defective items. We will send a replacement or issue a refund for the product and shipping charges. Please contact a customer service representative immediately if you have received a damaged or defective item.

UPS reserves the right to either leave a package or request a signature at the delivery driver’s discretion. If you require a “Signature Only” delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.  If “Signature Only” is not requested and proof of delivery is obtained, Gym Floor Resource is not responsible for missing packages.
